Risparmiati finora circa 8,5 milioni di euro tra riduzioni delle attribuzioni e interventi sui contributi ai gruppi
Prosegue «l’operazione trasparenza» della Camera dei deputati. Da oggi sono online i dati sulle misure di riduzione delle spese per 8,5 milioni di euro già adottate in questa legislatura. Il documento è in un’apposita sezione del sito dove i cittadini possono consultare anche bilancio, bandi di gara, spese dell’istituzione ed emolumenti.
I TAGLI ALLE CARICHE E AI DEPUTATI – Riguardo all’attribuzioni dei deputati titolari di cariche interne sono stati risparmiati 5,5 milioni provenienti: dall’abolizione degli alloggi di servizio per il presidente della Camera, per i vicepresidenti e per i deputati questori; dalla riduzione del 30% delle indennità di carica (riduzione ulteriore rispetto a quella del 10% già deliberata nel 2012); dalla riduzione del 25% delle spese per il personale delle segreterie dei deputati; dalla soppressione dei fondi forfettari di rappresentanza previsti per i singoli titolari di cariche interne; dalla ridefinizione, infine, in senso restrittivo delle regole di utilizzo delle autovetture di servizio.
I TAGLI AI GRUPPI – Gli altri 3 milioni derivano da interventi sul contributo finanziario ai gruppi parlamentari (nel 2012 ammontava a circa 35 milioni). Riguardano prevalentemente il fondo unico e onnicomprensivo a favore dei gruppi parlamentari per il 2013. A partire da questa legislatura, inoltre, è entrata pienamente a regime la nuova disciplina dei gruppi parlamentari volta ad assicurare la pubblicità e il controllo sui rendiconti interni. È inoltre in corso un’istruttoria per un’ulteriore riduzione degli stipendi dei deputati.
