In Veneto tutto tace: chi si assumerà la responsabilità di un ritardo che danneggia un comparto di punta dell’economia veneta come quello zootecnico?
L’unico segnale di vita che si registra sulle vicende legate alla regionalizzazione del sistema associativo degli allevatori, è stato dato dall’assessore Franco Manzato, che, nei giorni scorsi, ha impegnato 3 milioni e 724 mila euro per le attività di assistenza tecnica e di controllo svolte nel 2012; cifra la cui erogazione è subordinata alla condivisione di un progetto unitario e concordato da parte delle associazioni di categoria agricole, progetto che valorizzi le componenti e le sinergie del mondo zootecnico, ovvero l’ARAV e le APA provinciali presenti sul territorio.
Ma su questo fronte tutto tace, mentre cresce la preoccupazione di CIA, Confagricoltura e COPAGRI del Veneto per il perdurare di una situazione di stallo che rischia di destabilizzare un comparto, quello zootecnico, fondamentale per tutta l’economia veneta.
Con l’occasione i presidenti delle tre associazioni agricole hanno ribadito di non nutrire alcun pregiudizio nei confronti del progetto di regionalizzazione del sistema ideato dall’AIA. Il fatto è che si tratta di una riforma realmente voluta soltanto dalla Coltivatori Diretti e calata dall’alto senza tener conto delle esigenze delle realtà locali, molte delle quali, invece, almeno nel Veneto, rappresentano degli esempi virtuosi da valorizzare.
Insomma, questo progetto presenta dei significativi inconvenienti su cui è indispensabile che tutte le associazioni di categoria trovino al più presto un’intesa con senso di responsabilità.
