La Nuova Venezia. Neppure il Green pass ferma la stagione, dati in crescita a luglio e niente disdette in agosto che si preannuncia già in salita per arrivi e presenze. Persino la settimana a cavallo tra luglio e agosto, solitamente più fiacca, registra prenotazioni e nuovi arrivi. Dati che fanno ben sperare per la settimana clou, quella di Ferragosto. Dopo maggio e giugno difficili, ma discreti, luglio ha fatto decollare l’estate, con un agosto che conferma le aspettative.
L’obiettivo finale sulla costa veneziana sarebbe di arrivare a un —20 per cento rispetto all’estate 2019, quella pre Covid, con la prospettiva, se il tempo tiene, di arrivare a un ambizioso meno 10. Il presidente di Confturismo Veneto, Marco Michielli, conferma: «Questi sono gli orizzonti, arrivare a un meno 10 sarebbe davvero molto, ma verosimilmente saremo a meno 20. Consideriamo che la percezione dell’estate in Italia è di una meta sicura, a differenza di Spagna o Gracia, e questa è la nostra forza. Abbiamo affrontato difficoltà a maggio e giugno con le festività tedesche che abbiamo perso, ma luglio è ad altissimi livelli. Sul Green pass, tante domande, molta confusione, ma non ci sono disdette. Siamo fiduciosi nel fatto che gli hotel e villaggi non abbiano problemi di Green pass per i ristoranti interni. Il governo dovrebbe tenere la linea finora seguita per le strutture ricettive che non sono state chiuse nella pandemia». Dalle rilevazioni con l’indice H-Benchmark in tempo reale, l’Associazione JesolanaAlbergatori (Aja) ha esaminatoti già i dati attuali e le previsioni per agosto. Nel mese di luglio si è registrato un’occupazione media alberghiera dell’81%, con punte da tutto esaurito nei fine settimana. Il 46,9% di turisti arriva dal nostro Paese, il 21% dall’Austria, l’11,8% dalla Germania e 1’8,1% dalla Svizzera. Per il mese di agosto, la media di occupazione alberghiera è del 76,8%. Le nazionalità sono 40,8% Italia, 16,1% Germania, 14,6% Austria, 3,3% Svizzera. Dati oltremodo incoraggianti. «Luglio è stato un buon mese», ha detto il presidente, Alberto Maschio, «all’altezza degli anni pre Covid. Interessante anche la distribuzione dell’occupazione, con il buon ritorno dei mercati stranieri. Su agosto abbiamo delle indicazioni altrettanto interessanti. Considerato il fatto che siamo all’inizio del mese, quel quasi 77% è da considerare come una indicazione molto importante. E, sulla provenienza, le percentuali di Austria e Germania fanno ben sperare. «Sulla questione Green pass», aggiunge, «al momento c’è più confusione che problematiche. Non si stanno registrando cancellazioni, se non quelle che rientrano nella norma, quindi non legate al pass. L’incertezza e la richiesta costante di informazioni, che arrivano alla nostra associazione sono, però, continue. In questi giorni i telefoni dell’associazione hanno suonato a ritmo incessante perché i soci cercano, ovviamente, quelle certezze che, ad oggi, non possiamo ancora dare». Roberto Dal Cin, delegato al turismo di Confapi, esprime le piccole e medie imprese del turismo: «Abbiamo dati in crescita per questa stagione che riserverà delle sorprese di questo passo, anche per il commercio e pubblici esercizi oltre che per il turismo. Il mese di agosto dovrebbe essere in crescendo e il Green pass non sarà un ostacolo». Prudenti le categorie del settore affittanze. «Al momento ci sentiamo di confermare i dati della scorsa stagione», dice Alessandro Simonetto, presidente provinciale Fimaa-Confcommercio
