Il tempo stringe per l’intesa sull’autonomia, ma Veneto e Lombardia hanno respinto la bozza inviata la scorsa settimana dal governo. Un testo identico — da quanto si è appreso — per tutte e tre le Regioni (c’è anche l’Emilia-Romagna) che si sono sedute al tavolo con il sottosegretario del governo Gentiloni Gianclaudio Bressa. Il documento messo a punto dall’esecutivo, secondo alcune indiscrezioni, non ha soddisfatto i governatori di Lombardia, Roberto Maroni, e Veneto, Luca Zaia, entrambi leghisti, che avrebbero deciso una contromossa congiunta: un testo in 5 punti per arrivare all’intesa con Roma. L’idea della «risposta» delle due Regioni è stata anticipata dal Corriere del Veneto : Zaia e Maroni chiedono innanzitutto il superamento immediato del criterio della «spesa storica» per l’attribuzione delle risorse, e la «compartecipazione al gettito dei tributi erariali maturato sul territorio» o «una riserva di aliquota sugli stessi». Il documento è in via di elaborazione: «Il gruppo di esperti sta ancora lavorando — ha detto il presidente veneto Zaia — stiamo parlando di una bozza di osservazioni, che non è stata ancora inviata al governo e che non ha ancora avuto l’eventuale ok da parte della Lombardia». «Da parte nostra — ha concluso Zaia — c’è la volontà di firmare il patto con il governo qualora venissero accolte le nostre osservazioni». Roberto Maroni ha precisato che «una lettera al governo non c’è ancora, ma sono in costante contatto con il governatore del Veneto e insieme ai nostri tecnici stiamo lavorando a delle proposte emendative comuni alla bozza inviata da Palazzo Chigi». Il governatore lombardo ha giudicato la proposta elaborata dal governo «un buon punto di partenza» e confermato l’obiettivo «di lavorare con il governo per chiudere la trattativa e arrivare alla firma dell’accordo entro la fine del mese». Nelle due Regioni i referendum consultivi sull’autonomia si sono tenuti il 22 ottobre del 2017: in entrambi i casi hanno prevalso nettamente i Sì, con un’affluenza del 38% in Lombardia e del 57% in Veneto.
