Consiglio «invaso» da associazioni, mamme, lavoratori Schede sanitarie segrete: «Orsoni le chieda alla Regione»
Prima di tutto salvare Villa Salus e il Policlinico San Marco. Non una voce contraria. Non una votazione discordante. Lunedì, in Consiglio comunale in via Palazzo, la direzione è stata una sola: la necessità della salvaguardia dei presidi ospedalieri privati della città (in particolare di quelli di terraferma) e quella di una presa di posizione forte delle istituzioni locali per guardare al futuro della sanità veneziana, soprattutto in un’ottica territoriale. C’erano tutti: le associazioni del territorio, i rappresentanti delle due strutture convenzionate, i dipendenti dei laboratori privati con i cartelli, anche Don Pistolato della Caritas. Ognuno a raccontare una faccia del problema sanitario esistente, dalle mamme (con bambini al seguito) in flash mob per protestare contro la chiusura del punto nascite di Villa Salus, all’Anfass e all’Associazione Amici del Cuore.
«Perdere il punto nascite di Villa Salus non farebbe risparmiare – ha detto Fiorella Isetta di Nascere Meglio – non vogliamo che ci sia tolto il diritto di scegliere dove far nascere i nostri figli». Ma si è parlato anche di mancanza di specialisti (in cardiologia a Mestre ad esempio, come hanno sottolineato gli Amici del cuore) e di grandi professionalità che hanno preferito «abbandonare il campo», spostandosi nelle Usl di Treviso (è il caso del primario della terapia del dolore Marzio Bevilacqua). «Quelli bravi se ne vanno da qui – ha detto Alessandri Vianello, Lega – prima il depauperamento di Oculistica poi della Terapia del dolore, non possiamo lasciare che continui così». Insomma, la sanità veneziana, vista così, sembra far acqua da tutte le parti. Con un problema, però, più urgente degli altri per la cittadinanza: la paventata chiusura di uno dei due presidi convenzionati (Villa Salus e il Policlinico San Marco). «Avete idea delle ripercussioni che la soppressione di una delle due strutture potrebbe avere sulla città? – ha detto Francesco Menegazzi, della Uil, a rappresentanza di tutte le sigle sindacali – siamo tutti in ostaggio del piano socio sanitario regionale, delle schede che non arrivano. E ad essere sospesi non sono solo i lavoratori (ad esempio gli 87 esuberi annunciati e mai ritirati dal Policlinico San Marco) ma soprattutto i cittadini e la tutela della loro salute».
Mancano ancora i dati, infatti, su cui ragionare. E mancano da mesi. Perché le schede del Piano socio sanitario ancora non le ha viste nessuno. Nonostante siano state chieste ormai un po’ da tutti i livelli istituzionali. Ed è stata unanime anche su questo, a fine consiglio, la votazione dell’ordine del giorno che impegna il sindaco Giorgio Orsoni «a richiedere immediatamente alla Regione Veneto la presentazione delle schede ospedaliere e territoriali (…) e ad agire (…) affinché sia confermato il modello veneziano di integrazione tra le strutture dell’ospedalità pubblica e di quella privata, prevendendo il mantenimento di queste ultime, con particolare riferimento a quelle della terraferma (Villa Salus e il Policlinico San Marco) ». «Siamo ormai di fronte anche ad un problema di trasparenza – ha detto Beppe Caccia consigliere comunale di In comune – queste schede sembrano un segreto militare».
«Per discutere della rivisitazione dell’offerta cittadina dobbiamo avere le schede – dice Gabriele Scaramuzza, consigliere comunale del Pd – da quelle dobbiamo partire». Ad infiammare gli animi dei consiglieri una lista interminabile di disagi al cittadino: l’allungamento delle liste d’attesa, i tagli dei posti letto per acuti senza un’adeguata risposta nella medicina del territorio, l’insufficienza operativa e di personale dei distretti. «Il taglio del comparto sanitario accresce la spesa per il sociale oltre che l’impatto sulla salute dei cittadini – ha detto Bruno Centanini, delegato del sindaco per la sanità – la Regione deve passare dalle parole ai fatti perché se è pur vero che si deve verificare dove si può razionalizzare, tagli di questo tipo mettono in dubbio un diritto fondamentale». Nessuno, ormai, è più disposto ad aspettare.
