E’ stata pubblicata oggi sulla Gazzetta dell’Unione Europea la Decisione di Esecuzione 2016/467 con cui la Commissione aggiorna l’elenco dei territori italiani ufficialmente indenni da tubercolosi
L’Italia ha presentato alla Commissione documenti comprovanti che diverse regioni (Liguria, province di Genova, Imperia, La Spezia e Savona, la regione Piemonte, province di Alessandria, Cuneo e Torino e la regione Marche, province di Pesaro-Urbino e Ancona) soddisfano le condizioni previste dalla direttiva 64/432/CEE per il riconoscimento della qualifica di ufficialmente indenne da tubercolosi per quanto riguarda gli allevamenti bovini. La Commissione ha pertanto modificato l’elenco delle regioni italiane ufficialmente indenni da tubercolosi. Nella Decisione è scritto che le province di Asti, Biella, Novara, Verbania e Vercelli della regione Piemonte sono già elencate nell’allegato I, capitolo 2, della decisione 2003/467/CE come regioni ufficialmente indenni da tubercolosi. Ora, l’intera regione Liguria, le province di Pesaro-Urbino e Ancona della regione Marche e l’intera regione Piemonte vengono elencate in questo capitolo come regioni ufficialmente indenni da tubercolosi per quanto riguarda gli allevamenti bovini.
Pertanto, l’allegato I, capitolo 2, (Regioni di Stati membri ufficialmente indenni da tubercolosi) della decisione 2003/467/CE viene modificato sostituendo la voce relativa all’Italia con l’elenco dei seguenti territori nazionali: Regione Abruzzo: provincia di Pescara; Provincia di Bolzano; Regione Emilia-Romagna; Regione Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Regione Lazio: province di Rieti, Viterbo; Regione Liguria, Regione Lombardia, Regione Marche: province di Ancona, Ascoli Piceno, Fermo, Pesaro-Urbino; Regione Piemonte, Regione Sardegna: province di Cagliari, Medio-Campidano, Ogliastra, Olbia-Tempio, Oristano; Regione Toscana, Provincia di Trento, Regione Veneto.
