Milioni di scatti, inviati su tutti i social network da Instagram a Twitter passando, ovviamente, per Facebook e uno sguardo del tutto 2.0 su Expo 2015. È iniziata ieri la tre giorni di InstameetItalia, l’evento che ogni anno da ormai cinque anni riunisce in una città italiana le community di appassionati di fotografia che si incontra a colpi di “mi piace” e “follow” ogni giorno su Instagram, il social nato per condividere le proprie fotografie con il mondo.
Quest’anno, per celebrare il quinto anniversario dalla nascita della community, Instagram ha scelto Milano e soprattutto Expo 2015 per un evento unico nel suo genere e mai organizzato prima: un instameet intercontinentale. Ogni giorno, ogni secondo, su Instagram vengono caricate oltre 3600 fotografie in tutto il mondo. Un numero immenso se lo si moltiplica per tutta la giornata e se si pensa che, grazie al mondo virtuale iperconnesso, gli stessi scatti possono comparire sia su social come Twitter o Facebook con un solo click.
È proprio questo numero a creare, ogni giorno dal nulla, decine e centinaia di piccole “star” del web, le stesse che in questi tre giorni affolleranno Expo e Milano alla ricerca di una visuale del tutto innovativa del sito espositivo e della città da mostrare al mondo. L’evento attirerà in città oltre 500 persone, fotografi professionisti e amatoriali al 100%, appassionati e in cerca di lezioni, e una ventina di ospiti internazionali selezionati dai principali canali di Instagram in base alla loro influenza sul web.
A essere interessati dall’evento, poi, saranno ben 3 continenti differenti e 10 nazioni, dagli Stati Uniti all’Argentina, passando per Sudafrica, Turchia, Olanda, Francia, Germania, Svizzera, Spagna fino ad arrivare, naturalmente all’Italia. Si stima che, in questi tre giorni di meeting, solo su Instagram la portata degli scatti dei 500 ospiti raggiungerà oltre 5 milioni di persone in tutto il mondo.
Milano, dunque, sarà al centro del pianeta ancora una volta, sotto gli occhi di tutti, e svelerà oltre che alle meraviglie raccolte all’interno del sito espositivo di Expo 2015 fino al prossimo ottobre, le bellezze e il patrimonio storico architettonico e culturale della città. Nella giornata di oggi, infatti, partecipate al grande meeting, seguendolo live o online con l’hashtag InstameetItalia5 e perdetevi all’interno di Milano e delle sue zone nascoste troppo spesso al pubblico. Per l’occasione, infatti, è stato stilato un elenco di 109 luoghi perfetti per essere “instagrammati” con tanto di itinerari da seguire in base al proprio gusto.
Avete per esempio voglia di scoprire la Milano fatta di botteghe storiche e studi di design? Nessun problema. Vi basterà seguire il percorso arancio del piccolo vademecum del fotografo per scoprire luoghi come l’antica barbieria Colla, la pasticceria Marchesi o Camparino, uno dei bar storici di Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. Preferite invece il mondo della sterrato e pensate che “solo Londra è in grado di offrire arte su strada ad ogni angolo”? Preparatevi a essere smentiti con il percorso grigio che vi guiderà alla scoperta dei meravigliosi graffiti dell’Ippodromo, del famoso ponte verde di Porta Genova e della milanesissima “tombini art” del quadrilatero della moda. Quella di oggi sarà la giornata più intensa, il cuore dell’evento, grazie al quale la città di Milano sarà visibile “in mondovisione su Instagram” e si proporrà come capitale della fotografia del mondo.
Quale sarà il punto più fotografato? E quale il più apprezzato dal popolo di Instagram? Deciderlo spetterà solo ai followers dei Instameet5 che potranno esprimere le loro preferenze apponendo un cuioricino alla foto preferita.
Domenica 28 giugno sarà infine dedicata alla formazione fotografica con una IgersAcademy, un momento di training e approfondimento in collaborazione con Leica, per promuovere e valorizzare la fotografia.
