A Piove presentazione di Padrin, Sernagiotto e Cortellazzo In attesa delle schede che saranno approvate a fine anno
E’ arrivato dopo 16 anni, contiene tanti sani principi per garantire la migliore sanità ai veneti, ma il nuovo Piano socio sanitario regionale non mette al riparo dalla minaccia di ridimensionamento l’ospedale di Piove di Sacco. Che se resiste è per merito della buona politica e se muore sarà colpa di lacci e lacciuoli tecnici che tengono insieme nel modo più razionale il sistema sanitario. L’altra sera il Piano è stato presentato all’auditorium Giovanni Paolo II dal presidente della quinta commissione Sanità Leonardo Padrin, dall’assessore regionale al sociale Remo Sernagiotto e dal vicecapogruppo in Consiglio regionale Piergiorgio Cortellazzo. La vera partita, però, si giocherà con le schede ospedaliere che dovranno essere approvate a fine anno. Lì si vedrà cosa resta e cosa se ne va dal presidio ospedaliero piovese. Dopo l’illustrazione del Piano, il dibattito vero e proprio è nato dalle domande del pubblico. Il capogruppo Pd in consiglio comunale Lino Conte parte dal nocciolo del problema: «Tanto ottimismo sul mantenimento del reparto di Ostetricia e ginecologia da parte del consigliere Padrin mi lascia sorpreso. I numeri parlano da soli: ben che vada, quest’anno finiremo con 580 parti. Mi pare che per arrivare ai mille previsti per l’esistenza del punto nascite la strada sia molto, molto lunga. E perché siamo ancora senza quattro primari?». Padrin risponde: «Il trend in aumento dei parti fa ritenere che l’attività del reparto di Ostetricia a Piove sia in crescita, al momento non ci sono i presupposti tecnici perché sia messo in discussione. La questione dei primari non riguarda Piove ma tutta la Regione. Si è ritenuto di attendere la nomina, a gennaio, dei nuovi direttori generali, che potranno così scegliere i loro collaboratori». Perentorio il sindaco Sandro Marcolin: «Come sindaci siamo contro una politica che si fa strumento affinché gli enti locali e la stessa popolazione non possano partecipare alle scelte che riguardano il loro territorio. Al di là del Piano che può essere il documento di programmazione migliore del mondo, io chiedo a voi qui presenti se siete pronti a impegnarvi formalmente per sostenere e difendere il nostro ospedale». La stessa sollecitazione è arrivata da monsignor Giorgio Facchin. L’impegno da parte dei politici regionali pare assunto. Se sarà mantenuto lo si vedrà quando saranno note le schede ospedaliere a fine anno. Marcolin e gli altri primi cittadini auspicano il loro coinvolgimento.
