Nella settimana numero 40 le segnalazioni diffuse dal Sistema di Allerta Rapido per Alimenti e Mangimi (Rasff) sono state 50. Di queste, 8 sono quelle inviate dal Ministero della Salute italiano.
L’elenco italiano si apre con due allerta per listeria monocytogenes in ricotta italiana distribuita in vari Paesi e per la presenza di mercurio in fette di squalo mako congelato provenienti dalla Spagna.
I due respingimenti alle frontiere effettuati dalle autorità italiane riguardano invece una partita di pagro rosso refrigerato proveniente dall’Algeria contaminato da mercurio e un quantitativo di utensili da cucina provenienti dalla Cina per livello troppo alto di migrazione totale.
Infine, le informative che non implicano un intervento urgente riguardano: lotti di coda di rospo e di monktail refrigerati provenienti dal Regno Unito e di sgombro intero refrigerato importato dalla Norvegia infestati da Anisakis, migrazione di metalli in utensili da cucina provenienti dalla Cina.
