Una nota a della Direzione Generale della sanità animale e dei farmaci veterinari ha trasmesso agli assessorati alla sanità delle Regioni, agli Istituti zooprofilattici e alle associazioni di categoria l’Accordo Stato Regioni rdel 25 luglio 2019, allegato B “Influenza aviaria ad alta patogenicità” (Allegato I) nonché la mappa e l’elenco dei Comuni inseriti nelle Zone A e B (zone ad alto rischio di introduzione e diffusione ed ad alto rischio di introduzione e maggiore diffusione) di cui al predetto Accordo, individuate dalle Regioni e Province Autonome sulla base dei criteri di cui all’articolo 3, comma 1 della decisione di esecuzione n. 2018/1136 (Allegato II).
L’Accordo si è reso necessario per dare seguito a quanto previsto dalla Decisione di esecuzione (UE) n. 2018/1136 relativamente all’individuazione delle zone ad alto rischio di diffusione ed introduzione dei virus dell’influenza ad alta patogenicità e stabilire nelle predette zone l’applicazione di misure di riduzione del rischio, di sensibilizzazione e di biosicurezza.
