Ad agosto, secondo le stime preliminari diffuse oggi dall’Istat,l’inflazione, ovvero l’indice nazionale dei prezzi al consumo per l’intera collettività, ha registrato un aumento dello 0,4% rispetto al mese precedente e del 3,2% a confronto con i dati di agosto 2011 (era +3,1% a luglio). L’inflazione acquisita per il 2012 sale dunque al 3,0 per cento.
L’inflazione di fondo, calcolata al netto dei beni energetici e degli alimentari freschi, scende al 2,1% (dal 2,2% di luglio).
Trasporti e aumenti «di natura stagionale»
Ad agosto, il principale effetto di sostegno alla dinamica dell’indice generale, rileva ancora l’Istat, deriva dal comparto energetico, con un forte aumento congiunturale (+3,3%) dei prezzi dei Beni energetici non regolamentati, spiegato in particolare dal rialzo dei prezzi dei carburanti. Un ulteriore «impatto significativo», poi, è dovuto all’aumento su base mensile dei prezzi dei servizi relativi ai trasporti (+3,1%), «in larga parte dovuto a fattori di natura stagionale».
Differenziale beni-servizi
Al netto dei soli beni energetici, il tasso di crescita tendenziale dell’indice dei prezzi al consumo, prosegue l’Istat, si porta al 2,2% (+2,3% nel mese precedente). Rispetto a un anno prima il tasso di crescita dei prezzi dei beni sale al 3,9%, dal 3,8% del mese precedente, e quello dei prezzi dei servizi si porta al 2,3% (era +2,0% a luglio). Di conseguenza, il differenziale inflazionistico tra beni e servizi si riduce di due decimi di punto rispetto al mese di luglio.
