La Direzione generale Sanità animale, con una nota del 17 settembre, ha trasmesso ai servizi veterinari le nuove linee guida per l’attuazione di deroghe ai divieti di movimentazione dai territori soggetti a restrizione per focolai di influenza aviaria ad alta patogenicità. Le nuove linee guida ministeriali – in versione rivista e consolidata – sostituiscono le precedenti, inviate il 6 settembre scorso agli Assessorati alla Sanità. Si stabiliscono criteri per la concessione di deroghe ai divieti di movimentazione dalle zone di restrizione (zona di protezione e zona di sorveglianza), ivi compresa l’ulteriore zona “area C”, la regolamentazione delle movimentazioni di volatili vivi, uova da consumo e da cova da allevamenti situati sul territorio della Regione Emilia Romagna al di fuori delle aree di restrizione, nonché le modalità di gestione della pollina.
La nota di accompagnamento della Direzione generale informa che il 19 settembre sarà convocata l’Unità di Crisi per valutare anche la movimentazione di pollame vivo da allevamenti di svezzamento accreditati al commercio di volatili. In attuazione del dispositivo dirigenziale del 29 agosto scorso, la Direzione ministeriale dettaglia anche alcune indicazioni – adottate con l’Unità di Crisi venerdì scorso – in merito alla sospensione dei prelievi in alcune circostanze particolari.
