“Finalmente una norma che va nella direzione giusta”, commenta così, in una nota, il capogruppo di Verso Nord in Consigli regionale, Diego Bottacin, la bozza di decreto legge del ministro della salute, Renato Balduzzi, che indica i nuovi criteri per la nomina dei direttori generali delle Ulss.
“Ricalcano – ricorda l’esponente di VN – in gran parte le proposte fatte in Consiglio regionale del Veneto da Verso Nord.” Bottacin spiega poi che il testo prevede che la selezione sia fatta da una commissione in cui sia prevalente la presenza di esperti nominati da qualificate istituzioni scientifiche indipendenti dalla Regione. La commissione stilerà un elenco dei candidati idonei a ricoprire la carica di direttore generale. La giunta e non più solo il presidente, saranno obbligati a selezionare i direttori generali da questo elenco. “Sull’allontanamento della politica dalla gestione della sanità – ribadisce – ci battiamo da anni. Risale al 2010, il progetto di legge per disciplinare le nomine dei direttori generali delle Ulss e diminuire la discrezionalità “politica” delle scelte. Recentemente, in sede di discussione del nuovo piano socio sanitario regionale, Verso Nord ha presentato un emendamento che prevedeva l’istituzione “dell’elenco regionale dei candidati idonei alla nomina di direttore generale delle aziende, delle agenzie e degli istituti del servizio sanitario della Regione Veneto” e la sua compilazione a cura di un soggetto esterno indipendente dalla Regione. Ora – afferma Bottacin – chiediamo a Zaia di adeguarsi senza indugio alle richieste del governo e di smetterla di fare la guerra sulle competenze.”
