Sul sito del presidente della V Commissione Leonardo Padrin sono state pubblicate e sono scaricabili le schede di programmazione ospedaliera approvate e complete di tutte le osservazioni. Con tale provvedimento si sono stabilite le dotazioni di reparti, primariati e posti letto per le 21 aziende territoriali, le due aziende ospedaliere di Padova e Verona e l’Istituto oncologico veneto. Intanto monta la contrarietà delle opposizioni che avrebbero preferito la contestuale approvazione delle schede di dotazione territoriale. Il vicepresidente della V Commisione Claudio Sinigaglia sottolinea come, senza le schede di dotazione territoriale, si possa solo parlare di tagli ai posti letto ed ai primariati. Non si può esprimere un giudizio definitivo , non consente di esprimere un giudizio definitivo su quella che dovrebbe essere l’attuazione del Pssr
“Il principio della riduzione dei posti letto per acuti – ha spiegato Sinigaglia – si doveva sposare con l’attivazione di un numero maggiore di posti letto nei cosiddetti ospedali di comunità. Ad oggi abbiamo solo i tagli e, se non si provvede alla riorganizzazione della medicina territoriale in grado di offrire risposte appropriate, i principi contenuti nel Pssr verranno completamente disattesi.”. Il consigliere del Pd Graziano Azzalin ricorda peraltro come qualche mese fa “Zaia si guadagnava le pagine dei giornali annunciando un giro di vite sul numero delle Ulss e dicendo che ne bastavano sette, la settimana scorsa con una piroetta ha detto che le Ulss non si toccano: si metta d’accordo con se stesso, perché questo modo di procedere a strappi e slogan in sanità è quanto di più deleterio possa esserci”.
